Dear colleagues,
We are in the final preparations for the organisation of
Athens Grand Prix
«Tsiklitiria»
2008
and as every year, you will have to complete and send us the
relevant accreditation forms.
Accreditation will be conducted only electronically through
the web site
www.tsiklitiria.org.
Each MEDIA will be able to accredit from one to three
persons according to the category it belongs and always
according to the following instructions.
Accreditation must be submitted until
5 July 2008 and have to be accompanied with a photo (identity
card photo size).
Requests beyond the above date will not be accepted. After
the due day the accredited media representers will be
informed of the way and place to pick up their accreditation
card.
MEDIA categories

Newspapers:
The accreditations for the reporters who work in daily
political newspapers are two and for the daily sport
newspapers are three. All other written press as long as web
pages will have one accreditation.

Agencies:
Big agencies (ANA, Associated Press,
Reuters,
AFP,
EFE,
DPA,
EPA)
have the right to accredit two journalists and one
photographer.
·
Television:
All television stations can accredit one journalist and two
technicians for the mixed zone. The rights for the TV
production belong to ANT1.
·
Radio:
Radio stations can accredit one journalist, while it would
be possible to make constant commentary of the Athens Super
Grand Prix.
·
Photographers:
The three photo - agencies
(Intime,
Newsports,
Action Images)
will accredit 2 persons, while accreditation card will also
be given to some freelance reporters who are members of
National (Greek) Sport Press Association. The photographers
will have a special stage in the finishing area, while they
will be able to shoot pictures from the spectators stages
but not from the Press tribune. In the racing area, 12
persons after relevant draw will enter baring special
insignia. From the draw the international agencies and the
big Greek photoagencies are excluded.

Διαπιστεύσεις Μ.Μ.Ε.
Αγαπητοί συνάδελφοι,
Βρισκόμαστε στην τελική ευθεία για την προετοιμασία της
διοργάνωσης Athens Grand Prix «Τσικλητήρεια» 2008
και όπως
κάθε χρόνο θα πρέπει να συμπληρώσετε και να μας αποστείλετε
τις σχετικές αιτήσεις διαπίστευσης.
Οι διαπιστεύσεις θα γίνουν μόνο ηλεκτρονικά, μέσα από τη
διεύθυνση
www.tsiklitiria.org.
Κάθε Μ.Μ.Ε. θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να διαπιστεύσει από ένα
έως και τρία άτομα ανάλογα με την κατηγορία που ανήκει και
πάντα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες που ακολουθούν.
Οι διαπιστεύσεις θα πρέπει να έχουν σταλεί μέχρι τις 5
Ιουλίου 2008 και να συνοδεύονται και από μία φωτογραφία
διαστάσεων ταυτότητας.
Αιτήσεις πέραν της προαναφερόμενης ημερομηνίας δεν θα γίνουν
δεκτές. Μετά τη λήξη της προθεσμίας οι διαπιστευμένοι
εκπρόσωποι των ΜΜΕ θα ενημερωθούν για τον τρόπο και το τόπο
παραλαβής της κάρτας διαπίστευσης.
Κατηγορίες Μ.Μ.Ε.

Εφημερίδες:
Οι διαπιστεύσεις για τους συντάκτες που εργάζονται σε
ημερήσιες πολιτικές είναι 2 και για τις ημερήσιες
αθλητικές 3. Τα υπόλοιπα έντυπα καθώς και οι
διαδικτυακοί τόποι δικαιούνται από μία διαπίστευση.

Πρακτορεία:
Τα μεγάλα Πρακτορεία (ΑΠΕ,
Associated
Press,
Reuters,
AFP,
EFE,
DPA,
EPA)
έχουν δικαίωμα διαπίστευσης 2 δημοσιογράφων και 1
φωτογράφου.

Τηλεόραση:
Όλοι οι Τηλεοπτικοί Σταθμοί μπορούν να διαπιστεύσουν 1
δημοσιογράφο και 2 τεχνικούς. Την τηλεοπτική παραγωγή
έχει ο ΑΝΤ-1. Οι τηλεοπτικοί σταθμοί μπορούν να
καλύπτουν μόνο δηλώσεις αθλητών στη μικτή ζώνη.

Ραδιόφωνα:
Οι Σταθμοί μπορούν να διαπιστεύσουν 1 δημοσιογράφο, ενώ
δεν επιτρέπεται η συνεχής ραδιοφωνική κάλυψη του
Athens
Grand
Prix.
Φωτογράφοι:
Τα τρία Φωτοπρακτορεία (Intime,
Newsports,
Action Images)
θα διαπιστεύσουν 2 άτομα. Κάρτα διαπίστευσης θα πάρουν και
ορισμένοι φωτογράφοι -
freelance,
μέλη του ΠΣΑΤ. Στον αγωνιστικό χώρο θα εισέλθουν με ειδικά
διακριτικά 12 άτομα μετά από σχετική κλήρωση. Εξαιρούνται τα
διεθνή πρακτορεία και τα μεγάλα ελληνικά φωτοειδησεογραφικά
πρακτορεία.
